British National EMDR Trainers

British National EMDR Trainings are usually presented by Dr Gerald Puk. Dr Puk is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the U.S.A. specialising in Dissociative Dissorders, adult survivors of abuse and victims of acute trauma and personal injury.

He is a forensic consultant and expert witness and a senior trainer with the EMDR Institute where Trainers are personally trained by Dr Shapiro, the founder of EMDR, to the highest possible standard. Ratings for Dr Puk have been outstandingly high throughout the many years that he has undertaken British Trainings since 1994.

Local "In-House" Trainer Information

Local "In-House" Trainings are usually presented by John Spector and Dr Michael Paterson, both Consultant Clinical Psychologists with years of experience in the NHS.  John runs a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder clinic in the U.K.  John and Michael are both Accredited EMDR Trainers who have conducted many highly evaluated Trainings throughout the U.K.

EMDR with Children

Joanne Morris Smith is an EMDR Europe accredited Child Trainer who organises specialist EMDR with Children Trainings. She is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with many years NHS experience.
